Private beta placeholder
These terms are plain-language MVP/private beta placeholder terms. They are not final legal terms and have not been attorney-reviewed for broad public launch.
Platform role
FixDoneNow is a connection and lead coordination platform. FixDoneNow helps customers submit project details, may share approved project information with local service providers, and helps coordinate introductions.
Independent service providers
Service providers are independent from FixDoneNow. FixDoneNow does not employ, supervise, direct, or control providers or their work.
No guarantees
FixDoneNow does not guarantee provider quality, pricing, timelines, availability, licensing, insurance, background checks, permits, compliance, workmanship, or project outcomes.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing, selecting, hiring, contracting with, coordinating with, and paying any service provider they choose. Customers choose who they hire and use the platform at their own discretion.
Service provider responsibility
Service providers are responsible for accurate Business Page, portfolio, Local Work Feed post, and response information, plus their own compliance, licenses, insurance, taxes, permits, safety practices, and work.
Service provider approval is not verification
If FixDoneNow approves a provider for platform participation, that approval does not mean FixDoneNow verified licensing, insurance, background, quality, availability, or suitability.
No project payment handling
The MVP does not collect, hold, escrow, release, or process project payments between customers and service providers.
Manual handoff
FixDoneNow may manually coordinate introductions after a project and provider response move forward. The MVP does not automatically message both sides or provide built-in chat.
No emergency service guarantee
FixDoneNow does not guarantee emergency response, same-day service, or provider availability for urgent conditions.
