Provider workflow
How service providers use FixDoneNow.
FixDoneNow gives local service providers a controlled way to build a Business Page, add services and service areas, review customer project opportunities, respond when a project fits, and use Work Posts for public visibility.
The provider path can fit contractors, trade companies, cleaners, designers, home stagers, lawn care providers, assembly providers, countertop and granite companies, small-job providers, and other local home service businesses.
Step 1
Create provider account
Create a provider account through the normal FixDoneNow sign-up flow.
Step 2
Complete provider setup
Set up your provider workspace with business details, service types, service areas, and contact information.
Step 3
Build Business Page
Add Business Page copy, public service details, service areas, and portfolio photos so customers can understand what you offer after approval.
Step 4
Review project opportunities
Review approved customer project opportunities in the dashboard when they may match your services and service areas.
Step 5
Respond to projects
Send interest, a rough price, or a visit request. Customer contact details stay hidden at this stage.
Step 6
Track My Responses
Use My Responses to see which projects you have responded to and whether FixDoneNow has reviewed them.
Step 7
Create My Work Posts
Publish availability or looking-for-work posts that can appear in the public Local Work Feed once your profile is approved.
Step 8
FixDoneNow reviews introductions
FixDoneNow reviews when a customer and service provider should be connected. Automatic customer messaging is not part of the MVP workflow yet.
What stays private during review
Customer phone, email, and full street address are not shown to service providers before FixDoneNow creates a connection. Responses go through FixDoneNow review first, and public Local Work Feed pages do not expose private customer contact details.
Provider workflow FAQ
Details about approval, customer privacy, project opportunities, responses, and public Work Posts.
Can I respond before my profile is approved?
Service providers can complete profile and portfolio setup while pending review, but response and public feed publishing are limited until approval.
Will I see customer contact info right away?
No. Customer phone, email, and full street address stay hidden before FixDoneNow creates a connection.
How do My Work Posts differ from My Responses?
My Responses tracks projects you responded to. My Work Posts are provider-created public feed posts about availability or work you are looking for.
Does FixDoneNow send automatic messages?
Not yet. FixDoneNow reviews introductions, and manual follow-up is part of the MVP workflow.
Service providers stay independent
FixDoneNow is a connection platform. Service providers operate independent businesses and remain responsible for their own licenses, insurance, compliance, pricing, schedules, work quality, and customer relationships. FixDoneNow does not guarantee leads, income, project volume, pricing, availability, or outcomes.
