Information collected

FixDoneNow may collect customer project details, customer contact information, uploaded project photos, Project Status token hashes, provider account/profile details, public Business Page and portfolio information, Local Work Feed posts, provider responses, lead connection records, and activity/status records.

How information is used

Information is used to review submitted projects, share approved project details with local service providers, review provider profiles and responses, coordinate customer-provider introductions, maintain Project Status pages, display public Local Work Feed posts, and operate the MVP workflow.

Photos and project details

Uploaded photos and project descriptions may be shared with admins and local service providers who can view approved projects. Customers should avoid uploading sensitive information that is not needed to understand the work.

Contact information

Customer contact information is used for review and connection workflow. Customer phone, email, full street address, Project Status tokens, and admin notes are not publicly displayed on the Local Work Feed or provider Business Pages.

Public and private provider information

Public provider Business Page fields, portfolio photos, and published provider Work Posts may be publicly displayed when enabled and approved. Private provider contact fields and admin/internal notes are used for platform operations and are not intended for public display unless marked as public fields.

Storage and access

Project and portfolio photos are stored for the platform workflow and may be shown through controlled access links where appropriate. Administrative tools may use server-side access to operate the app, but secrets and service credentials are not intended to be exposed publicly.

Attorney review before public launch

This placeholder should be reviewed and replaced or approved before broad public launch, expanded data processing, paid workflows, automated messaging, or larger-scale acquisition.
