How it works
A simple way to share your project with local service providers.
Post the project for free, add helpful photos, save your private Project Status link, and let FixDoneNow review the details before approved information is shared with local service providers.
Step 1
Post your project
Describe the work you need done, where it is located, your timing, and how FixDoneNow can follow up. Posting is free and no customer account is required.
Step 2
Upload photos
Photos are optional, but they help local service providers understand the project before they respond.
Step 3
FixDoneNow reviews the details
FixDoneNow reviews submissions before approved project information is shared with local service providers.
Step 4
Providers can respond
Local service providers may respond with interest, a rough price, or a request for a visit through FixDoneNow.
Step 5
FixDoneNow helps make the connection
After review, FixDoneNow can help introduce the customer and provider for direct follow-up.
Step 6
You choose who to hire
Customers are responsible for reviewing providers and choosing who they want to hire.
Your Project Status link
After you submit a project, save the private Project Status link. It lets you check your project without creating an account. Keep the link private because it is meant for your project status only. Your phone, email, full details, and private status link are not shown on public Local Work Feed pages.
Best next step for your project
If you are ready, post the project now. If you want to prepare first, these pages explain photos, customer privacy, and how local service provider introductions work.
How it works FAQ
A few details about account-free project posting, Local Work Feed visibility, and Project Status.
What happens after I submit a project?
FixDoneNow reviews the details, may share approved project information with local service providers, and helps coordinate an introduction when a response moves forward.
Can I browse public project posts?
Yes. The Local Work Feed shows customer posts and provider-created Work Posts, but private contact details are not displayed publicly.
Does FixDoneNow guarantee a provider response?
No. Local service providers may respond when a project looks like a fit, but response timing, availability, pricing, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Can customers choose who they hire?
Yes. Posting does not create an obligation to hire. Customers are responsible for reviewing providers and choosing who they want to hire.
Should I upload photos?
Photos are optional, but they usually help local service providers understand repairs, finishes, access, and project size before responding.
